    业务主要以教育培训学校、教育集团公司联合面向社会开展职业技能水平测评、职业技能鉴定等工作并建立继续教育在线学习系统，为学习人员就业创业提供有力保障。学习人员需参加我会继续教育在线学习测评，经培训机构指导考试测评合格后颁发结业证明，仅用于代表学习人员参加继续教育在线学习的一种经历。
